Sen. Scott wants EPA’s assistance

In response to Georgia- Pacific’s announcement it would be closing its Foley Mill in Taylor County, U.S. Senator Rick Scott sent a letter urging the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to work closely with local officials to preserve the mill’s federal permits in hopes of maintaining hundreds of jobs should a buyer purchase the plant.
