Damaged, but open for business

Perry’s Save A Lot grocery store was open for business Thursday, despite the building sustaining
serious damage from strong winds and heavy rain that moved through overnight on Wednesday.
Thursday’s opening was delayed a short while so the area around the damage could be secured.
A front moving through the area late Wednesday and early Thursday was predicted to bring wind
gusts of 30-40 mph and 3-4 inches of rain.
