Newman suggests prohibiting mooring boats in Steinhatchee

One of the more indelible images from Hurricane Idalia was a video posted on social media of the Steinhatchee River flowing in reverse as the massive storm surge carried along several boats, including three sailboats, whose masts struck the bridge as they passed underneath.
