Patty Ann Severe

Patty Ann Severe, 89, passed away on Oct. 24, 2023, in Lake City.

She was born Nov. 7, 1933, in Oklahoma to Roy Hopper and Margarite Fitzsimmons Hopper.

Patty and her family moved to Perry in 2005. She was an avid reader and loved being part of the Perry Garden Club.

She was of the Christian faith. Patty worked as a senior accountant with several large construction companies.

Patty was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert Severe; and her parents, Roy Hopper and Margarite Fitzsimmons Hopper.

Mrs. Severe is survived by: her daughter, Ginny Severe; and her grandsons, Robby Martinez, Vinny Martinez and Ernie Severe; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
