NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Florida Statutes 49.10 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-497 of the Circuit Court of the 3rd Judicial Circuit in and for Taylor County, Florida, wherein SHANNON WILLIS, Plaintiff and PAMELA PAINTER, Estate(s) of AMANDA F. JAMES, SHARON P. WILLIS, If living and if not the ESTATE OF SHARON P. WILLIS, TERRANCE M. WILLIS, if living and if not the ESTATE OF TERRANCE M. WILLIS, GEORGE C. WILLIS, if living and if not the Estate of GEORGE C. WILLIS, and any and all Unknown Heirs and/or Assigned of any of the above, defendant(s), THE TAYLOR COUNTY COURTHOUSE, LOCATED AT 108 N. JEFFERSON STREET, PERRY, TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA, the following described property as:

LEG 0000.26 ACRES Lot 7 and 8 of Block 129 of the STEINHATCHEE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat of said STEINHATCHEE SUBDIVISION on record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Taylor County, Florida, in Plat Book 1, Pages 26 and 27. Subject to all restrictions and reservations of record.

The administration of the estate of EARL COOPER CROCKETT, deceased, whose date of death was July 31, 2022, File #23-563CP, is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Post Office Box 620, Perry, Florida 32348. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
