State could pay for all roadside debris removal

Taylor County Administrator LaWanda Pemberton testified before the Florida House’s Select Committee on Hurricane Resiliency & Recovery this week, seeking assistance with removing Hurricane Idalia debris from non-county-maintained roads, which the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has so far refused to do.
