    City council set to vote on ordinances for Pine Village

    An artist rendering (above) depicts the proposed proposed Pine Village of Perry – a new 62-unit senior living community that will feature “independent, assisted living and memory care options.” Phase I of the proposed development is anticipated to create approximately 60 new jobs and is planned for construction on 10.5 acres of a 37.73-acre parcel located off U.S. Hwy. 19 on West Ash Street.

    At its upcoming Dec. 12 meeting, the city council is expected to vote on a pair of ordinances that would clear the way for construction of Pine Village of Perry – a new 62-unit senior living community that will feature “independent, assisted living and memory care options.”
