Warming center opens due to freezing temperatures

With Taylor County set to experience the first freezing temperatures of the season this week, the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office Division of Emergency Management announced that it would be opening a warming center at Forest Capital Hall Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
