Katie Mae Tucker of Perry passed away on Nov. 24, 2023, in Perry. Viewing will be held Friday, Dec. 1, from 3-6 p.m. at Evans Walker Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 2, at 11 a.m. at Evangel Christian Fellowship, 1454 North Courtney Road. She is survived by: her devoted companion, Walter Wright; children, Dorothy Burney (Willie), Dekyla Jackson-Tucker and Dexter M. Jackson Sr., all of Perry, and Walter L. Tucker Jr. of Tallahassee; brother, Bobby Fuller of Valdosta, Ga.; special nephew, Jimmy W. Fuller Jr. (Wanda); two aunts, Janie Springle (Seneca) of Thomasville, Ga., and Joyce Garner of Tallahassee; two goddaughters, Lemetris McBride and Caffie Gaddy; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
