Fire Station 4 to be dedicated in memory of Mincy

The Taylor County Commission has passed a resolution dedicating Taylor County Fire-Rescue Station 4 in the Econfina area in memory of the late Charles Mincy, who served as a volunteer firefighter for more than five decades.
