Beach Road crash

A New Smyrna Beach man was injured in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday night on Beach Road near the intersection with Kelly Grade. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) report, the 70-year-old unidentified driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was traveling northbound on County Road 361 (Beach Road) when he failed to properly negotiate the left-hand curve.
