Joseph Harold Weaver

Joseph Harold Weaver, 39, passed away on Dec. 7, 2023, in, Perry.

He was born Sept. 9, 1984, in Tallahassee to Karen Alday.

“Weaver Duck” was a Baptist and worked as a tire technician with J.B. tires for more than 20 years. He loved to mud bog and spend time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Alice Weaver.

“Weaver Duck” is survived by: his mother, Karen Alday; his two sisters, Christina and her husband, Duffy Andrew, and Alice Serrano; and his niece, Brittany Kappes.; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and many good friends.

“Weaver Duck” will be loved and missed by his family and host of friends. To know him was to love him and he was loved by so many. “Weaver Duck” was always the first to lend a hand and be there for all those he loved. Fly high, “Weaver Duck.”

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 16, at noon at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Brother Dennis Nobles officiating. Interment services will follow in Pisgah Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 11 a.m. To noon.
