    NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 23000434CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the THIRD Judicial Circuit, in and for Taylor County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Lenders Investment Trading Corporation dba Mortgageadvisors.com is the Plaintiff and Jazzmine N. Cook a/k/a Jazzmine Cook; Aqua Finance, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the west door of the courthouse, 108 North Jefferson Street, Perry, FL 32347, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of March, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
    THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT ONE (1) AND THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT FOUR (4) BLOCK TWO (2), THE HENDRY ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF PERRY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA.
    Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
