County approves new voting district map

Sometimes, as the saying goes, the third time really is the charm. That was the case Tuesday evening when a third version of a new county voting district map developed by County Engineer Kenneth Dudley received approval from county commissioners, an attorney from the American Civil Liberties Union (ALCU) and many of those in the audience.
