$2 million shortfall for 1st Ave. resurfacing

The Steinhatchee 1st Avenue widening and resurfacing project, which has already seen significant delays due to issues with acquiring the necessary state and federal permits, has hit yet another roadblock after the lone bid received by the county was around $2 million more than the available state funding.
