Edward Richard Fawcette

Edward Richard Fawcette Jr., 60, passed away on Jan. 7, 2024, in Perry.

Ed was born Oct. 6, 1963, in Ocean Side, Calif., to Edward Richard Fawcette Sr. and Linda Pfenning Fawcette.

He honorably served his country in the United States Army.

Ed was of the Catholic faith and a member of Perry’s Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

He worked for the Department of Children & Families (DCF) until their office was moved to Daytona.

Ed was preceded in death by his father, Edward Richard Fawcette Sr., and a stepson, Shaun Redick.

He is survived by: his wife of 39 years, Mary Fawcette; one stepson, Thomas Spencer; his brother, Norman Fawcette (Julie); sister, Lisa Stansberry; his stepmother, Gerri Fawcette; his mother, Linda King; and three grandchildren, Nicholas Webster and Ava Spencer.
