    How to improve water flow, health of county’s canals?

    Beyond the county’s long-delayed efforts to dredge coastal canals, what else can be done to improve the water flow and overall health of the canals? That will be the subject of a preliminary study to be conducted by local Sea Grant Marine Agent Victor Blanco.
