Hall pledges to ‘work for the future of our children’

Longtime resident and community volunteer, Alan C. Hall, has announced his candidacy for City Council, District 4.

Hall has lived in District 4 for more than 40 years, residing in his childhood home, where he was raised by his grandparents, the late Bob and Gen Manners, and his late mother, Barbara Hall. He has been married to Tracy Grambling Hall for the past 22 years, and they have two children, Andrew and Alana. Tracy is the daughter of Angela and the late Howard Grambling. They are active members of Calvary Baptist Church where they have attended since childhood.
