Workshops scheduled at library

The Taylor County Public Library has announced a full slate of adult workshops scheduled for January.

The first workshop, “Watercolors with Tammy Mowery,” will be held Thursday, Jan. 9, at 6 p.m. There is a $15 materials fees associated with this workshop.

The library will host a computer and internet workshop Monday, Jan. 13, at 5 p.m., followed by a second workshop on mobile devices at 6 p.m.

On Thursday, Jan. 16, there will be a “Moonflower Designs” jewelry workshop at 6 p.m. This workshop has two options, with either a $10 or a $15 materials fee.

The final workshop of the month will be “Growing Your Own Backyard Pharmacy” on Thursday, Jan. 23, at 6 p.m.
