Bacon St. residents to keep home after settlement with city

The City of Perry and the owners of a Bacon Street residence have reached a settlement agreement that will resolve a long-running property dispute lawsuit by allowing the residents to remain in the dwelling and purchase a portion of city-owned property on which the structure currently sits.
