Walker to speak at library Jan. 27

Delores Leggett Walker, author and newspaper columnist, will be guest speaker at the Jan. 27 meeting of the Friends of the Taylor County Public Library.

Walker’s first novel, “Legend of Promise,” is a contemporary Christian fictional mystery and is set to be the first in her “Promise” series.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the library, which is located at 403 N. Washington St. The program is free and the public is invited to attend.
