City to step up surveillance to combat ‘cesspool of activity’ at Rosehead Park

The City of Perry will look into stepped up surveillance and enforcement of existing laws to curtail what one concerned citizen referred to as a “cesspool” of activity at Rosehead Park that has left her and other park users feeling unsafe.
