City seeking $2.5 million CDBG grant for paving

The City of Perry is preparing to apply for $2.5 million under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for a “Commercial Revitalization” project intended to fund street, sidewalk and signage improvements designed to bring more visitors and economic development to the downtown area.
