City seeks to use former BioNitrogen property to attract new industry here

Stating, “we have got to do something with economic development,” City Manager John Hart received council approval for a plan to offer up the use of 25 acres of city-owned property located near the local Foley Cellulose mill as an economic development tool to attract new industry here.
