Sherman Dale Smith

The life of Sherman Dale Smith will be honored Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Carroll Hill Cemetery in Boston, Ga. Dale enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a member of Potter’s House Ministry, under the leadership of Apostle Alonzo Slade and Dr. Teresa Slade. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Patricia Clayton Smith; one son: Sherman Dale Smith Jr.; three daughters, Tisha, Sade and Janelle; one stepson, Eugene Stewart Jr. (Michelle); a host of grandchildren; his mother, Vivian Rollins Smith; a brother, Vincent Smith (Yolanda); three brothers-in- law, Elder Lewis Clayton, Ernest Clayton (Tracie) and Henry Clayton; one sister-inlaw, Jurleen Clayton; four aunts, Geraldine Rollins, Ernestine Rollins, Rebecca Davis and Lucille Clark; one uncle, Earl Rollins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Trinity Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
