Man, 21, dies after being struck twice by vehicles

A 21-year-old Perry man was killed after being struck by two vehicles Wednesday night, Jan. 15, on Old Dixie Highway.

Justin Cruce was a pedestrian on the highway when a crossover SUV hit him around 8 p.m. on a stretch of highway just south of O’Quinn Road.
