Bettie J Haney, 84, passed away on May 14, 2024 in Valdosta, GA. She was born June 9, 1939 in Atlanta, GA.

Bettie was of the Baptist faith and worked as a Nurse for 20 years all around Florida.

Bettie was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Haney.

Mrs. Haney is survived by her children, William and Jimmy; her grandchildren; great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Bro. Billy Gipson officiating. Interment services will be at the Tallahassee National Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
