Council grills staff over continued city water issues

In response to the most recent customer complaint about the City of Perry’s drinking water, city council members posed a number of tough questions to staff last week, pushing city workers to quickly resume regular flushing of water lines and complete upgrades to one of the city’s three water treatment plants.
