    At Monday’s Memorial Day ceremony, Taylor County Veterans Service Officer and U.S. Air Force veteran Damien Walker read off the names of the Taylor County residents who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service of their country.

    Sacrifice and remembrance. The heavy weight of those words were woven through every speech and every action taken at Monday’s Memorial Day ceremony held at Veterans Memorial Park.
