Hurricane clean-up crew will consist of displaced workers

In an effort to both help those who lost their jobs due to last year’s mill closures or Hurricane Idalia, as well as to continue clean-up efforts in the wake of the storm, the Taylor County Commission has secured a “National Displaced Worker Grant” to hire a five-person work crew to clean up around the county.
