Hughes, Windham finish eighth out of 80 teams at state fishing tournament

Taylor County resident Matthew Hughes of Perry and his fishing partner, Hudson Windham of Tallahassee, finished 8th out of 80 high school teams in the BassMasters’ High School State Tournament held in Bainbridge, Ga., on June 8-9.
