Registration is underway for two upcoming free preservation water bath canning classes offered by the County Extension Office.

The cost is $10 per person, and a canning book will be available for an additional $15. Classes will be offered Wednesday, June 19, from 2-4 p.m., and Wednesday, July 10, from 2-4 p.m. For more information, please call (850) 838-3508.
