SRWMD requires mitigation for 1st Ave. sidewalk

Taylor County was recently required to purchase 0.04 of a saltwater mitigation credit at a cost of $22,000 due to potential environmental impacts connected to the forthcoming sidewalk project along 1st Avenue in Steinhatchee.
