Man fires sawed-off rifle after being confronted over his reckless driving

What began as a Perry man spinning “donuts” in the middle of Fenholloway Road Saturday night, June 22, quickly escalated into violence – as he fired shots from a sawed-off rifle when confronted about his reckless driving.
