Golf scramble set for Aug. 9

The Perry-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce will host its 31st annual Golf Scramble on Friday, Aug. 9, and is looking for teams and hole sponsors.

“It’s only $400 to sign up your team, which will include four players, breakfast and lunch, goodie bags and t-shirts, as well as tee time fees,” Chamber Director Dawn Perez said.

“Wear your company shirts and come out to support an organization that continues to work tirelessly for Perry and Taylor County. If you don’t play golf, purchase a hole sponsor for only $100 and have your sign displayed on the course,” she said.
