District: Safety concerns required new TCMS walls

With an outdoor “open-wing” design for classrooms, Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) has long been a source of safety concerns for local law enforcement and first responders due to the ease with which unauthorized individual(s) could access the campus in several locations.
