Regional planning council is re-activating task force after raw sewage spill by City of Valdosta

The North Central Florida Regional Planning Council (NCFRPC) has reactivated a Middle and Lower Suwannee River and Withlacoochee River Task Force to address a recent raw sewage spill by the City of Valdosta, Ga.
