Escaped Taylor County Jail inmate captured at Madison Co. residence

Five days after walking away from an unsupervised work detail at the Taylor County Road Department in Perry on Tuesday, July 16, Taylor County Jail inmate trustee Ricky Dale Foskey was captured by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) at a residence in Madison County on Sunday.
