City plans $2 garbage increase; but no water, sewer, gas hikes

In addition to adopting the “roll-back” millage rate to keep property tax revenues virtually the same, the City of Perry plans for no increases in water, wastewater and gas utility rates for the upcoming 2024-25 fiscal year.
