Hurricane strikes 11 months after Idalia

Although thousands were still without power, clearing downed trees and limbs and dealing with widespread flooding, most of Taylor County breathed a sigh of relief this week after Hurricane Debby spared coastal communities from what was predicted to be a devastating 7- to 10-foot storm surge.
