A record 11 awards!

The TaCo Times and Perry News-Herald won a record 11 awards in the Florida Press Association’s annual Weekly Newspaper Contest, including first place in the “Open Division” for coverage of Hurricane Idalia, first place in the “Breaking News Story” category for coverage of the closing of the Georgia-Pacific cellulose mill and first place in the “Arts, Entertainment & Review Reporting” category for a “Bronze by Cooley” feature profile written by Managing Editor Angela M. Castelucci.
