New business going up on Hwy. 19

A two-story commercial building under construction at the intersection of Byron Butler Parkway (Hwy. 19) and Richard Bell Avenue West will house a new retail electrical business owned by local electrician Christopher Carter. According to a site plan application filed with the City of Perry Planning and Zoning Board in April and approved in June, Carter is constructing a new 20’ x 80’ building on a 0.13 acre of vacant property located at 801 S. Byron Butler Parkway.
