TCDA hires DiBella, Cate to head economic development

In an effort to recover from the negative economic effects of last year’s mill closures, the Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA) has hired former Buckeye plant manager Robert Cate as its new economic development coordinator and secured the consulting services of former Florida Secretary of Commerce Laura DiBella.
