Missing child report leads to Mayo father being charged

A father has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor after dropping off his 15-year-old daughter to live with her boyfriend and his mother, and then not having any contact with her for more than five months — all while admitting he did not know the boyfriend’s last name or his mother’s last name.
