$50,000 grant to fund an economic strategic plan

Taylor County has received a $50,000 grant from Florida Commerce to create an economic development strategic plan in the wake of last year’s closures of two of the county’s largest employers – Georgia-Pacific’s Foley Cellulose mill and West Fraser’s Perry sawmill.
