RIF grant to fund fire hydrants,1.75 miles of new water lines

In addition to just recently authorizing a stormwater drainage study, the city council previously took the first step in another major infrastructure project that will replace old asbestos concrete water mains with 1.75 miles of new 12-inch water lines, upgrade fire hydrants and extend water to the potential economic development site known as Gram’s Legacy Grove.
