Council to spend $300,000 in grant funds on a city-wide stormwater planning study

The City of Perry recently agreed to spend $300,000 in grant funds to have its engineering firm perform a city-wide stormwater planning study that will also help make a local proposed industrial site more marketable for economic development purposes.
