Kallschmidt signs with Eastern Kentucky

Taylor County High’s Luke Kallschmidt (seated, center) signed a letter of intent Wednesday to play football for Eastern Kentucky University. Kallschmidt, 6-4, 200 pounds, signed as an athlete but played safety and linebacker for Taylor County over the past several seasons. Also seated are his mother, Gaye Johnson, his father John Kallschmidt and Slade Kallschmidt.
