Crash leaves SUV on its side

The driver of this SUV was cited for following too closely and driving without a valid driver’s license after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 19 Friday morning at around 9:17 a.m. The SUV was traveling south on Hwy. 19 behind a black F-250 truck that was slowing to make a right turn onto Richard Bell Avenue.
