    A parcel of land lying within Section 30, Township 4 South, Range 8 East, Taylor County, Florida.  Being more particularly described, as follows:  Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 30; thence East, along the North line of said Section 30, a distance of 1,782.75 feet; thence South 1,098.24 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 210.72 feet; thence West approximately 28.00 feet; thence South 02°00’00” West 1,058.00 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of the Georgia and Florida Railroad; thence Southeasterly, along the Northerly right-of-way line of said Georgia and Florida Railroad, a distance of 288.00 feet; thence North 1,210.00 feet; thence East approximately 219.00 feet; thence North 213.85 feet; thence West 406.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
    Containing 7.86 acres, more or less.
    All said lands containing 17.26 acres, more or less.
    The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates.  Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing.
    At the aforementioned public hearing, all interested parties may appear to be heard with respect to the amendment.
    Copies of the amendment are available for public inspection at the Office of the City Manager, City Hall located at 224 South Jefferson Avenue, Perry, Florida, during regular business hours.
